Shipping:
We ship to continental U.S. Destinations only. All merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer(s), which results in different delivery dates for each manufacturer. These delivery times may vary from a few days to a few weeks. If your order contains items from multiple manufacturers, your order will be delivered in multiple shipments - one for each manufacturer. However, you will have only one Ruby Roo order number for easy reference.
Some products will ship truck, because they are too large or heavy for Fedex or UPS. Truck deliveries are "tailgate" only. The driver will bring the merchandise to the tailgate of the truck and you will be responsible for getting your order into your facility. For an extra fee, you may request "inside delivery". Payment:
All furniture products are custom ordered and shipped from the manufacturer. Therefore, your credit card will be charged at the time your order is transmitted to the manufacturer. We do accept authorized purchase orders (POs) from government agencies, public schools, and some businesses. Please fax your order with PO number to 704-827-8594 or call toll-free 866-833-1058 with your order. All purchase orders are subject to credit approval.
Returns:
All returns must be authorized through our customer service within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives as requested but you subsequently decide you want to return it, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return charges. Restocking charges of 20-30% also apply, depending on the manufacturer and the circumstances. Please call us toll-free at 866-833-1058 for details.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your order after it ships from the manufacturer, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the original shipping and return shipping charges. There is also a 20-30% restocking charge. Only orders that are cancelled before they ship will receive full credit.
Damage Claims:
Please open and inspect the entire contents of your shipment at the time of delivery. Be sure to check for concealed damage or missing items. If you are not satisfied with the condition or quality of the shipment, make note of it on the bill of lading before the driver leaves, or refuse the shipment. You have the right to inspect the merchandise before signing. If the driver doesn't want to wait, you can sign for receipt and write "Subject to Inspection for concealed damage". Failure to adequately describe external evidence of loss or damage may result in the shipper refusing to fulfill a damage claim. Please keep the original box and packaging at original delivery site in order for the manufacturer and shipper to participate in claim payment. Ruby Roo cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by the shipper. The responsibility for damage to your order after it leaves the manufacturer rests entirely with the shipper, whether damage is visible or concealed.
